We may need better wording for Rule 6: 6- You can also join in the middle of a game at any day at any time but your starting capital will be equal to the same day closing value of the person in last place minus $1. If Yoshi had joined before 4:00 Wednesday, then he would get last place Wednesday minus $1. But he joined after the close, so I think he gets Thursday's last place minus $1. He can still trade Thursday, allocating by percentages if he wants to be fully invested. The futures are up, and Thursday's last place could still be higher than Wednesday's. The ruling depends on the meaning of "same day closing value". I think "same day" should be changed to "next" so the wording would be "next closing value". During a trading day, it would be the last place amount that day minus $1.
