That is of great interest, sounds like it could either make or finally put KM to rest, it will have me up early to watch for the news. I'm another long time lurker, and recent buyer of AXC who believe it or not still had $75 left after the crash to subscribe to Silicon Investor this week. A friend got me interested in AXC after he bought in on the 1995 Individual Investor article, we are both in deep for the long haul, make us or break us. Thanks gus and Jubimer for the insightful posts. They are of great value . John R.
