True, but it has to reach litigation first. So far, it has not. Citizens who have filed lawsuits have seen their motions immediately dismissed because of "lack of standing" or other technical reasons.

Fortunately, Phil Berg has not given up. He is trying everything imaginable to have the case heard so that the discovery phase can commence.

Listen to us. This whole conversation is so asinine. We are talking about something as simple and common as disclosing a birth certificate for Heaven's sake! How many times have you, I, and everyone else reading this presented our birth certificate over the course of our lives?

Imagine trying to enroll in school or obtain employment while refusing to present your credentials!

Obama has spent millions to keep anyone from seeing his birth certificate or his school records, but we're supposed to believe he is not hiding something!
