they're creating another environmental hazard potentially harmful to children in the name of global warming. If they think that mandating toxic CFL's will lessen "global warming" by lowering electrical demand, then what will plugging in all the subsidized electric cars they're pushing on us do to the power grid? Build more windmills to compensate?? LOL! Won't be a pretty picture. We elect idiots and morons to public office and this is the result.. As for bulbs, I've been stocking up on incandescents for some time and will have enough to last a lifetime before they're outlawed in a couple of years. The bad news is that, like the CFL's, it's hard to find any that aren't Chinese made junk that burn out in a month or two.. :-(
