Apparently the type of account I have at OptionsHouse. I have a few different accounts. If I switch to an account that allows Daytrading unlimited, I would not be able to do spreads, etc. This what I have been told from the rep at OH.

If he trades more than that, he will be marked by his broker as a pattern daytrader and will have to maintain a certain minimum on his account to trade it.
