Neil that is actually 6 miilion. the $4.95 mill net from the preffered plus $1 mill from the 333,333 for the private placement.

I know that the $1mill was slated for production of the DVG.

Here's a bookmark to Lakeshore Int'l, one of the big purchasers of the Convertible Preferred. Shows what they represent - one more little piece of the puzzle maybe. Couldn't find anything on the other investors other than the addresses of the Banks.
