Neil that is actually 6 miilion. the $4.95 mill net from the preffered plus $1 mill from the 333,333 for the private placement. I know that the $1mill was slated for production of the DVG. Martin Smith

Here's a bookmark to Lakeshore Int'l, one of the big purchasers of the Convertible Preferred. Shows what they represent - one more little piece of the puzzle maybe. Couldn't find anything on the other investors other than the addresses of the Banks. main.emap.com While I'm out of the closet, so to speak, I'd like to express a huge debt of gratitude to Joe Schmidt (wherever he is)and RB for my ever getting into this stock in the first place, a looong time ago, and to all others who post their thoughts and research on this thread.
