Well, Cy, looks like that dragon hit with a thud, not a bounce. HK off 2.12% so far, Japan down .88%, SK up almost 6%, Taiwan up a bit.

Doesn't look like they are going to pass that fast track tonight. But I think with some more work, they will get it through.

HK recovering a bit as I write-- down 1.87, but maket closes in about 10 minutes.
