But in non sharia law countries those people are prosecuted, in Sharia law countries they are let go.

If you would take a step back, I think you would agree with me that much too much is made of that.

Very doubtful until you can provide some statistics for Muslim countries regarding these "domestic violence" episodes as you appear to want to call them to minimize them - perhaps Now has some numbers or do they avoid the conflict?
