Again, you are ASSUMING CONCLUSIONS.

That is neither logical, nor does it work in any real world application. There you need the financial and economic DETAILS to put into any specific business case.

(Location, location, location! Fuel costs, capital costs, depreciation allowances, net-present-value of money, grid availability and economics, long-tailed risks, etc. <g>)
