It didn't give the basis for evaluation, or why any one country was ahead, or behind, any other other. Pure fluffery. Yeah.. I was looking for the same thing.. Need to determine the criteria they used in the analysis before I can truly render an opinion. Hawk

mannie, re criteria, i would think that what just happened between usa congress, credit instrument 'owners', debtors, wallstreet and legal profession is plenty criteria. what more criteria do you wish to use? cheers, tj
