What has he said that causes you to believe that this is his objective and not just trying to keep the economy from sliding into a second recession/depression which will, as always, be felt more intensely by those struggling to survive?

I need to understand how you can separate these objectives based on Krugmans arguments that we need to stimulate the economy, and then how you know he wants to return to the housing boom days.

I guess I am not smart enough to see thru his bullshit...
