You didn't miss it, because there's nothing in the article about being a publicly traded penny stock, or having shareholders - some of whom have seen the value of their shares delcine dramatically over the last few months.

When I read the article I did not see nothing about shareholders or the company being publicly traded.
I wonder why? Did I miss it.
