I tried MND.WT and IB doesn't have it. Neither does Scotia Itrade. So maybe they're using the same data feed. Which means that they'd have to contact the data provider to add it, and since IB customer service generally doesn't like to do anything that would require any particular effort, that is likely why they won't add it. I think one time one of the customer service reps at Itrade said that they can contact the data feed provider to add a symbol, but it won't actually show up until after a trade is done. Did you ask IB if they'd place the trade for you? IB is a good platform, good execution, but lousy Customer Service, IMO.
