Well the reason he says that is that he is a sock puppet for Wall street and othe corporate elites and that group wants the great unwashed to put their wealth into worthless paper that can be manipulated up and down and to nothing if need be.. They don't want the "people" to own anything that is physical, that is portable, and carries it's store of wealth through the ages.. At least if one buys a mining share, it is supposedly backed by "a hole in the ground with a crook up on top at one end and a fool underground at the other end".. To sort of quote Mr. Twain.. Where is ole Sam now when we need him so much ?.. Probably screwing around with electricity with ole Nikola Tesla, making each other's hair stand up.. Maybe throwing lightening bolts at each other in the place where anything is possible..:)
