I agree. Listening to Moneytalk will help the average investor keep his/her senses and to avoid overvalued stocks that everybody is breathlessly talking about. So the next time somebody says something like, "Did you see how fast WXYZ is going up?", the Moneytalk listener can reply, "Yes. So what?"

I have heard bb at nauseant say he trades intc.so my question on legality was a logical one.I'm in no way making any kind of insult about him or inferring wrong doing.This is America, and last time I looked ,it was still ok to ask questions.sorry if I hurt someones feeling.
