<<You, on the other hand, seem to look for someone who thinks and acts exactly like you do. >>

I am reflecting what most liberals are saying. Everyone in the country seems to know that but you. I am not out of step with most liberals. If you are a liberal you are out of step.

If you are not a liberal, then I can understand your feelings. but I am not out there like the Lone Ranger dude.

This is typical. Jacob Weisberg of Newsweek (really smart honest super liberal guy talking about DADT and titled Obama's Moral Cowardice:

Weisberg says "Obama's instinctive caution has steered him away from casting these questions as moral or civil rights issues (also talking about AZ law and the mosque, etc. On none of them has he shown anything resembling courage.

Remember Obama is against gay marriage and still allows rendition and torture. You once said you didn't care about torture. That is the difference between you and I in a nutshell.

MLK: "The arc of the moral universe is long, but bends toward justice." Weisberg again: "For all the carping about his move, the only problem with the obama presidency is the gap between what's written on his rug (new rug with quotes from famous presidents)and what is under it-the distance between the presidents veneration of moral leadership past, and his failure , so far, to exhibit much of it in the present.
