Exactly. They have labeled some units as "turnkey" and they include a mess of bullshit like pots and pans, window treatments, towels, sheets, floor treatments, yada, yada. Valued at 25K.

I've got a good source in Vegas that always helps me get the rumor stuff. I'll give him a call and see what the real story is.

We are still over $125 a square from my target price, so there is plenty of time. Today was just another data point to enter in the long, long slide for Vegas condos.

And besides, if my preferred area ever corrects to at least 2002 levels, I'm a buyer there before Vegas.

Tracking Vegas has gotten pretty easy. We just have to measure the down <g>
