The difference is really clear to someone paying attention. I actually understand your objectives. They are crystal clear to me.

My objective (note the use of the singular) is very different from yours. Not better, not superior, not more profitable, just completely different.

And had you been paying attention over the past five years that I've been posting here on this singular objective, you would realize something.

So if I were going to buy a home somewhere in Florida, and I have only a surficial knowledge of prices, etc., should I hire a buyer's broker? If so, how do I find one that really isn't just a seller's broker in drag?
