John,

My objective is the same as it has been for five years; to find a new home that I will live in. The choices have always been Malibu first, San Francisco second, and Vegas a distant third. I spend a little time on Seattle, as I have opportunities there if I want to work again, but most of my time is spent on about 12 zip codes in those first three places.

So, I don't care about resale, income, or flipping for a profit. I want the 2 million view for a million or less. I'm cleaning up my current home and I will just give it away for a song and then I'm off.

Option ARMs resets are going to bring in a new wave of foreclosures. Stuff you look at may have bottomed or is closer to one.
