None of those people will be my neighbors. A. That is way outta my price range. B. I'm not interested in Malibu for stars.

I'm only looking on that stretch near the far south end of Malibu. The prices are better, and the view is nice.

I have ulterior motives for wanting to live in this exact area. Nuff said.

And, if it does not work out, there are plenty of other good spots to live. So far there have only been two condos that really interested me. One was priced very right and went very, very fast. The other was over-priced but it did sell for about $400 more than it was worth (I noticed it showed up for rent a few months later at no where near the level to pay even the basic nut...so someone went cash flow negative right outta the gate).

But, I like your idea and let me know the next time you hear of a murder. Gibson has to be at the top of the list of nutty things to top his already growing list of nutty things. Why not murder too <g>
