All urban areas with majority populations of undesirables should be completely cordoned off and designated as federal prison camps. Each camp's defense perimeter should be tightly sealed and controlled with no entry or egress permitted. Power, water, and communications to the camps should be terminated. Each inmate should be given a kit that includes a knife, a gun, and six grenades. Depots with unlimited quantities of free bullets and grenades should be placed on every street corner. When the ammunition is exhausted, more should be airdropped in. Unlimited alcohol and crack should be made freely available to all of the inmates. No other food or supplies should enter the camps. In a couple of weeks, after nature takes its course, the camps should be bulldozed, decontaminated, and thoroughly cleaned. Any remaining zombies should be mercifully put down.
