Easy, Wayne: it was the best elementary school in the capital city (founded by DUTCH MISSIONARIES, it was not part of the public school system then like it is now, it was private) and it was the school that all the foreign diplomats and foreign business people living in the capital city sent their kids to.... (Perhaps you have been misinformed by someone somewhere along the way. This WAS NOT TRUE 'without being an Indonesian Citizen. That was the law in Indonesi'.)
