LOL! Just in from a great hike up Cottonwood Canyon, cascading creek for a couple of miles. In the last quarter mile I slipped on a rock and sprained my ankle and wrenched my knee. Same ankle I messed up last Easter. Ankle's already too swollen for my hiking boots. I am so !@#$%^&*() mad! :) That last quarter mile? The quarter mile from hell I can tell you! Now I'll need even more patience! The REALLY maddening thing? The weather has been awful, raining since I got here on Tuesday. Today was beautiful and the first opportunity for a real hike and some photography! I had planned to hike Bear Canyon this afternoon but that ain't going to happen. I want my Mommie! :)
