Roger, I must admit I have not read the press release with the Q results. I will but if this is the case. The only place the liability reduction can go is the income statement as a revenue. I am 100% sure about this!

Roger, just looked at press release cuurrent liabilities in 6/30/97 were 49.1 million, including the 15 million from MSFT and also 22 million taxse payable. current liabilities im 9/30 from press release 35 million. Given the large income tax liability it is difficult to say how much revenue came from the microsoft contract.

I would say if they paid about half their taxes I would not expext much more of 25% of the 15 million.
