Can you guarantee they will get cheaper? no more than you can honestly guarantee that anything will happen. But then again, the so-called green energy sources have had every obstacle removed in their deployment. Nuclear has had every obstacle thrown in front of it. It simply isn't an even playing field. And as someone already suggested, doing nuclear the way that france does is not only more efficient (and economical) it doesn't have the issue with waste.
