Gary, insider's are limited to the amount of stock they can sell. They have a time window, and an amount allotment. If you look Bill Gates sells the maximum amount of MSFT that he can ever month. He's trying to convert whatever can from paper to cash.

That is also a reason why alot of companies like MSFT stay on the NASDAQ. Part of the equation of what Bill Gates can sell is x amount divided by the average daily volume. Since the Nasdaq double reports its volume stocks like MSFT have much more volume than they would if on the New York, and thus Uncle Bill (oops, words out) can sell more stock.

Gary: As I stated earlier, your analysis is thorough. But I dont know whether it will happen or materialize or is it purely a coincidence (i.e., insider sales of cpq and asnd) . Definitely, you did a wonderful job on analysing insider trading and trying to connect 2 plus 2 together.

Good job.

Regards

Kumar

Gary,

I'm gonna pray that you and Tim are right. Oral Roberts used to say at the end of his Sunday morning service that "something good's gonna happen to you!"
I wish he was still on the air because nothing but bad has happened to me lately.

Tim is your contact still bullish on ASND ?

Regards,

Lee

1. ASND will soar..

2. Insiders selling ? Bahhh....... Who cares, they only sold a wee-bit.. I would too if in those shooos.. They are comfortable with the new estimates, probably, most likely will beat the street in the next 4 qtrs. The cement has been layed... harrr..

3. Takeover rumors, bahhhh.... Billion dollar company here and growing.... Better give me $50 - $60 bucks/share if so, ahhahaha..

4. Hope it goes to $20 so I can position my self for a bigger kill
than I am positioned now... Come on, just a few more points to go..
Then pop goes the freaking weasel...

5. ASND will soar................................

>I'm not sure we will see the 30s again for ASND.
> Rather, we may skip to the 40s.

I might have agreed with this if the far-east nightmare were over.
we are far from that.
