Z, you realize that any actual well meaning, idealistic person only has three options after winning a place in government:

1. Get nothing done, be regarded by your fellow crooks as a kook and party pooper. Basically, just keep your chair warm.

2. Become corrupted and one of the gang.

3. Quit.
