Davidson analyst Robert Thornburg issued a 1 page Company Report on Compaq Computer Corporation. Report highlights: "The 1997 EPS estimate was reduced from $2.75 to $2.70 to reflect expectations that were to high for the company to meet. A FULLY VALUED rating was maintained with a target price of $110. The company continues to gain market share in the consumer PC segment and has exceptional sales in the under $1000 price category."
