Have to agree... But, I guess a bird in the hand...

As things heat up in the gold market, EDV will most likely have to chase projects as asset prices get bid up.

It is nice to see them cash out w/ this deal and get on a new footing here though.

Claude thanks for ORV it has done well. I have a full position now. Someone else must like it too as it has done very well the last few months.
