a stock that has appreciated 25 times (@ 54) or 12 times (@ 27) from its issue price of about 2 bucks about 3 years ago, does not leave any room for disappointment.

I beg to differ:

In 1994, ASND has sales of $39.3MM
In 1997, ASND will have sales of about $1.17B
So, 1997 sales are about 30 times 1994 sales.

In 1994, ASND had earnings of 9 cents/share.
In 1997, ASND will have earnings of about $1.05/share.
So, 1997 earnings are about 12 times 1994 earnings

I think, therefore, that the appreciation in price is actually quite well supported. The company now has a p.e. of about 22. The NW sector has a p.e. about double that.

Folks,

I went through some of my previous posts and they sounded quite arrogant to me. I should have realized that rubbing salt into others' wounds is not the right thing. I therefore apologize if I have hurt any feelings.

Thanks,

Dipy.
