Well this is the second wrist-slap from the Exchange on the same issue so it is not new news but one would have hoped it had been adequately addressed the first time around. First Canadian Capital can start earning their pay right now doing damage control. Will see what they have to say about it...

After exchanging notes with FCC, my impression is that we have a case of perhaps somewhat overzealous regulators at the BCSC (note it is not the TSX-V that issued the CTO). Anyway, they are trying to get it addressed and behind them as quickly as possible.
