Not true. If no one was buying at these levels, rates would rise.

Which happens. It is due for a crash.

It is almost pure speculation at this time. Even gold bugs aren't sure why it is as high as it is.

Lots of talk, no measurable effect. The problem is lack of consumer demand, just ask the business people. That is what they all say.
