Those who really know real estate understand. It ain't complicated like brain surgery but way too many talking heads in the cheap seats seem to rule the airwaves these days...ridiculous to compare it to falling knives, stocks, commodities or to make broad based predictions....there are great bargain areas in most of the country based on cash flow and replacement cost and then some seem still way overpriced..so I am now suppossed to be scared because starter homes in Boston or Seattle proper at $350k seem quite expensive even today?
