prescription drug 'abuse' vastly exceeds levels of 'illegal' drug abuse I didn't know that. By how much? Do you have a link to a study or any stats on it?

Blacks who earn X still commit a very disproportionate amount of crime as compared to Whites who earn the same amount. Controlling for equality of wealth does not erase the stark racial disparities in crime rates, sexual diseases rates, illegitimate birth rates, test scores, and a wide array of other anti-social metrics.
