Upon revisiting your first post I see that you did* actually say "abuse illicit drugs"...* No problem, Buddy. Everyone makes mistakes. I respectfully suggest that you take the time to carefully read the full content of the poster's message before suggesting that the points are invalid or fabricated. Regarding your other conjecture about (a) the kinds of crimes that the police target, and (b) controlling for socioeconomic factors to erase the racial disparities in arrests, please post your supporting evidence and we will examine it.
