Ted, I'm not opposed to life support programs. Greasing the skids is preferable to a sudden jolt in the economy. Even if we postpone the inevitable, which I believe we're doing at the moment. Of course, "postponing the inevitable" is not a happy-sounding political message. "Hope and change" sells better. Just gotta convince the voters now that near 10% unemployment for the next ten years is preferable to near 15% unemployment for the next two years. Tenchusatsu
