It would appear the banking scandal we just had didn't matter to you either... That seems to be a non-seqitur. But going with it as a response - You think higher taxes would eliminate banking scandals? Why? I said it would be taxed at cap gains rates. Not always, as shown by the article I quoted from and linked to. But you failed to answer what hedge funds invest in. Because I find it of no relevance to the conversation and no particular interest to me. If you can develop an argument about why its relevant, I might revisit that opinion, or I might respond to the argument.
