I thought thats where he was trying to go. That's the leftist line always in these debates. The line goes: "Of course there are more of them arrested, because they are discriminated against." This old libtard wive's tale has lost a lot of credibility because of the balanced racial make up of police forces now, that didn't exist 50 years ago.
