I agree it was a good idea and that it was well executed. If you had a hand in it, I congratulate you. I enjoyed receiving it when I was up there.

It takes a relatively unusual set of circumstances, like very significant marketable natural resources, to pull it off. The states you mention could probably have done something similar when the opportunity existed.
