Good examples.

By the way, I was sorry to see that Charles Rangel won his primary. I have never liked nor trusted that guy. I think there were too many people in the race, and they split the anti-Rangel vote.

Not one of those programs could be considered a major program. However if you really believe that the government has not grossly underestimated the cost of the Health Care Bill. So be it. I won't change your mind and time will tell. Assuming it is not repealed.

The U.S. Census Bureau plans to give at least $1.6 billion back to the government later this year because the 2010 Census came in under budget, officials said Tuesday.

Oh heck, that's just managing expectations. They came to my house 5 times I think it was. Once to tell me the forms were coming in the mail, twice to tell me I had the wrong address - which I don't, once to look for the neighbors house which also has the right address and then finally because so much time had elapsed from the time I got the forms in the mail until they were due that i forgot - a final time where the guy sat at my table and asked all the questions. But how has cost changed per head counted over the year;

Of course. Not under Republicans, but, yes, frequently. All the time. Even more often than that, but, only when the Dems run the programs.
You could know just as much as I do if you used The Google.

Terrific find.
