Its okay. Liberals are good with this.

It is turtles getting smashed by cars that they have problems with. If you're producing electricity by wind, a few casualties are totally acceptable.

Proper research would measure the pressure drop created by the turbines...that might cement the conjecture.
But there may be other possibilities for lung bleeding, eg a disease of some sort.
