Have been doing a bit of geneology research lately.

Never really appreciated the value of the census before.

Access to census data is an amazing tool in tracking your roots.

Problem is the government won't allow public access to the data for 50 years or so.

But what was accumulated is invaluable for tracing ancestors, and as new,(50 year old censuses) are released, you can really figure out where you came from.
