Unfortunately, many companies require employees to sign an employment release form that states, among other things, that the company can terminate any employee for engaging in any actions that bring discredit to the company, in any way, shape, or form.

Basically, anyone who attacks diversity in public is playing with fire and risking their job. Pretty convenient, huh?
