Hmmm,

The last time I checked I paid for my system entirely out of my checkbook.

But I do get paid yearly for the power I transmit to my local grid. It's only fair because I'm a clean, renewable generator of electrical power.

Interesting...according to what I read EdF has all 58 plants in France and was totally owned by the French Gov't until 2004 and is now 85% owned by the French Gov't so I guess that means the French taxpayers pay for and own the Nuclear Plants. Which I guess that means that the French taxpayer subsidizes their Nuclear Energy, almost all of it.

Is that called Socialism or just "whack job" liberalism?
