Depends on how you phrase things. Polls that asked if we should raise taxes on the rich during the recession went the other way.

I don't remember a poll suggesting that. Most polls have been pretty consistent for the past two years. Do not extend the tax cuts for the rich. In fact, in OR, a prop. was voted into law last November that raises the taxes on just the rich.
