I hope you don't mind if I add my 2 cents. In my opinion, you can't figure it out because it is not one of the better indicators and often misses the mark. Also consider that it is a trend and not a timing indicator. On the other hand, TC2000 Money Stream and particularly TSV indicators usually forecast market moves with pretty good accuracy.
