Blacks disproportionately abuse illicit drugs at much higher rates than Whites, on a race-proportional basis. They are arrested for it far more. They are admitted to the emergency room for it far more. Those are the facts according to the FBI's Uniform Crime Index and the statistics compiled by the U.S. government's Drug Abuse Warning Network (DAWN). I have repeatedly posted both. Even a primary source that you cited this morning confirmed my point and discredited yours. Nothing you have posted has proven otherwise, Buddy.
