David, Sergio, etc.: Although ATPX may not release an earnings report on the combined company for last quarter, what about an SEC 8K which is required upon a merger? That should have combined and separate earnings for both companies and should be available shortly after the merger for the most recent quarter (as well as last full year). I recommend that you find out when that will be available on Edgar. An April date for the next earnings report sounds very strange for the combined company. What's the reason? Are they trying to hide something? Tim
