Karl seems mystified by a lot of things lately. I'd describe his state of mind as "disoriented".

" He has done things that are inexplicable, creating the impression of a White House that is clueless, rudderless and arrogant."

Spoken like a man who believes everyone does things the way he would. Whaddaya mean, IMPRESSION? Maybe the WH IS clueless, rudderless and arrogant, Karl.

I can't help but think maybe Rove knows something more about O'Donnell than do we mortals. We know Krauthammer isn't fond of her, nor of Sarah....but WHY?

Are they honestly being honest to themselves, and therefore to us? Or are they trying to warn us that a vote for a Conservative means there will be 2 or 3 votes from the "takers".....

Maybe O'Donnell isn't a great choice (but then again, maybe she is the best they've got)....the other choice is an avowed Marxist in Leftwing Delaware.

Ae the true Republicans really mis-reading the mood of the country, or does the Republican leadership know something they aren't telling us?

Is the situation so dire that the Republican leadership really WANTS the Dems to win, so they can really shout from the rooftops and say "WE TOLD YOU SO"....and maybe have a better chance at 2012....

Excuse me while I ignore everything Karl Rove says from now on.
