We have had 3 new home built in out all but sold out development here in the Woodlands.

We were walking and noted it was nice to hear the air powered nail guns of the framing crew and roof crews.

Wondering if subprime BS mortgages are over influencing the markets that the 90 % of us that work are in?

ahhaha said it would be labor costs that fuel inflation. The glass industry hike is a good example.
